Here are some photos tom Geoff Roberts upcoming exhibition The Kind Warmth Awaits which will be opening at Colour Factory Gallery Fitzroy. Exhibition opens November 6 and runs through to the November 29.

Geoffrey Roberts wanders the streets in search of scenes in which he finds cohesion amongst chaos. Earlier this year he exhibited ‘The Kind Warmth Awaits’ as part of the ‘Head On’ photo festival & in 2012 he was the semi finalist for the coveted Moran Prize. Robert’s hand printed monochrome photographs feel familiar.  They remind us to take a moment to appreciate the simplicity of everyday life. His photographs are made across urban, regional & outback Australia.
